You are 100 % right, Mandy, about the counselors being enablers and excuse makers. I was one of the “good counselors” and did many thousands of safety evaluations on paranoid and psychotic individuals. The criterion for involuntary psychiatric hospitalization is prevention of harm to self and others, and with a petition from me and a certificate from a doctor or psychologist , an individual could be held for 72 hours, and with a second certificate could go to court in five working days for a commitment hearing. The officers did a great job. If I were interviewing the guy, I would ask him how close he was getting to the breaking point if the back talking continued. He probably would have admitted being close, or during the 72 hours, would have demonstrated the psychosis with hospital staff. Even though they could legally hold him, the weak counselors of today will not try to protect individuals and the public by hospitalizing unless the individual admits he has a specific plan and the means to do it. Laws enacted to protect the public are not being enforced due to weak people in those positions of trust.

Wow & Yikes,
I just watched some news videos on this shooting and feel
sick to the core, Flash Back,
a few years ago give or take jurying early stages of the plandemic
relaxing with window open thinking of bed time and it was so quite you could hear a pin drop,
Then BANG Bang bang i crappped myself then froze like the coward i am.
i think i froze for 2 minutes exactly, felt like a false state of awareness but now realize
its what is known as a heighten state of awareness.
and yes i did call 911 and police everywhere including my room for video,
video and myself did see some one limp and hop away with i suspect a wounded leg.
what happen about 50 yards away felt like it was under my window.
again i say i Crapppppppped my pants, I froze like a coward.
cant image what it must be like to be shot at from a mass shooting guy.
cant say i trust all police but can say am Pro Police because with out them
i think were all Pucked big time…
as for waking up to a raid involving concussion grenades rite next door thats another story
for another day, and yes again like the coward i am i again Froze and peed my bed…
my ears are still ringing !!!
