If you put together what a bunch of these interviews are saying, the technology they describe is consistent. I have only seen one ufo and am certain it was an early stealth bomber making an emergency landing at O’Hare Airport before they were made public.
I don’t have any ability to judge his body language, and not commenting on existence of UFOs or anti-gravity fields. But those with a background in electro-magnetic fields are likely to see him as claiming one thing (time travel) but then trying to explain it with references that are well understood (his Z axis being the generated magnetic field from the electric field) which have nothing to do with time travel. Then he twists his claim and starts talking about using this as radar or at some frequencies, detection of underwater submarines, which is real, but again has nothing to do with time travel. Strikes me as a con man.
This must have been around the time I went to emergency with a bad back because I can’t believe I missed it…. better late than never!
