One thing we know about DJT is that if there is some issue in the spotlight, he likely provoked it. The Epstein file topic was never a front – center topic for years even though his opposition was scraping for dirt to filing at DJT until Elon brought it up antagonistically…and I believe Elon is really just part of the show (albeit a clumsy CI operative) . DJT has the entire media now carping for files…predictably. It will be fun to watch what shakes out of this but we already know BO & company are already in the crosshairs per ODNI’s recent….

Maybe I can help with the puzzle pieces. One week ago, Charlie Kirk had his weekend event where numerous influencers, who were put in a difficult position by the “Bondi Bindergate” called for her ouster for closing the Epstein case with an unsigned memo, which caused threats to resign by Bongino that had to be smoothed over by Trump. Right about the same time, Trump found out that the Wall Street Journal planned to publish an article with the possibly bogus birthday card from trump to Epstein from ca. 2003. He tried to get Rupert Murdoch to spike the article, unsuccessfully. The article was written by the husband of one of the big shots at Fusion GPS of Steele Dossier fame. This was about the same time that he started calling the Epstein case a hoax and bashing the influencers for focusing on it. He knew what we did not know at the time about the article. In the intervening week, Maurene Comey, who handled both the Epstein and Maxwell cases, was fired as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. My guess is that the birthday card and story were leaked to the Wall Street Journal by her. She was also probably one of the Attorneys at the SDNY holding back evidence from Bondi. While all of this tempest in a teapot swirled, the stealth bomber, Tulsi Gabbard, was on her final approach to drop the Bomb on the entire Obama administration for the Russia Hoax which she did on Friday afternoon, calling it a “Treasonous Conspiracy” and a “three year coup ” against the first Trump administration. There is little doubt that Trump was chummy with Epstein prior to 2004, at which point he cut him off for hitting on young girls at Mar-A- Lago and due to a bad real estate deal. Did Trump fan the flames to provide cover? Only he would know.Interesting times!
