I’m guessing the guy, whoever he may be, is wearing a Mission Impossible mask. I’m reasonably sure it isn’t the Resident, but a double. He isn’t stuttering and he used a big word. Granted the clip was very short. The other thing I think it could be is that AI was used in the video. We really can’t trust anything we see anymore with that AI schiff. Maybe the look of distress on Blinken’s face, if his face hasn’t frozen into that position, is worry that the mask might fall off or melt or something.

If you look at the 9 minute clip from NBC News of the “joint statement” by the Dimwit in Diapers and Yahu, both the Dimwit’s and Yahu’s faces go repeatedly out of focus and pixelated, but the third person in the shot, Blinken’s does not, nor does any of the background. Right next to Blinken are miniature flags that seem to be rustling in a slight breeze, while the ones next to Yahu are completely motionless. I don’t think Biden nor a double was there and both videos were faked.

I heard that, too. It would be some sort of justice, I suppose, but I don’t believe it. Can’t believe much these days. There’s a lot of wishful thinking out there. Yes, and it even includes the continuation of the false narrative on contagion and the virology lie, which most still think that a pandemic is caused by germs and/or viruses, when in fact there is no such evidence, or at least, other, more viable explanations are ignored.
