This child is related to this woman. Now whether she’s the mother is something still to be determined. I know for certain they are related because around 1:43 into the video the boys asks the woman, “where is auntie?” the woman then turns right and says, “she’s calling you.” the boy then says, “where?” then the woman says, “over there by the woman” the boy looks for his auntie as he stares at the direction the woman said his aunt was, the boy puzzled turns and grins as if he thinks he’s playing a game. Then the boy replies, “I don’t see her.” The woman keeps telling the little boy that his aunt is standing not too far from them, but the boy doesn’t seem interested at all or maybe doesn’t know her or maybe is someone he doesn’t want to be around with. The conversation she is having with him doesn’t quite fit a mother who’s been separated from her child. It feels like to me that she’s just trying to play the part of a very concerned mother for her child. The child on the other hand, as innocent as he is, doesn’t play the part of a child taken away from her mother. This whole thing seems very awkward.
I just wonder how much they are being paid for feeding this entertainment to all the deaf, dumb and blind, very disturbing
So, Mom illegally crosses border with son to escape the horrors of El Salvador to get BRACES placed on her teeth. Or, did Mom already have orthodontic care before she became a criminal by illegally crossing over the border to get into USA? :thinking-1:
This POOR kid it’s been USED by CNN and his own mother; as one of the MANY, MANY victims of parent/child separation by order of the “cruel” immigration laws… but it’s clear that this boy wherever he was, he was A LOT HAPPIER than being with his mother, he tells her that he had lots of fun, that he has a suntan because he was allowed to play outdoors and attend school, he was also gifted with an RC Racecar, and the mother keeps pushing him to say other than how well taken care of he was and how much fun it was, sorry, no luck! then she pushes him to “run” and meet his uncle Rodolfo and his little cousin and we can see both of the kid’s reaction toward each other. No, I didn’t miss you, I was busy having too much FUN, thank you very much! I can tell that mother is just a fake, she most likely never showed the boy any type of interest like she is showing now in front of the camera. She is using the boy as a VISA to stay in the USA. Shameful.
I’ve seen many family reunions after a month or so apart and it is definitely nothing like this. It’s almost as if it was a staged group of actors since both the “mother” and the guy in the red shirt were not nervous at all. I think most people who are not used to be surrounded by camera men would be VERY nervous. Nothing here, no emotion of missing Mommy, no emotion of missing Sister. Some response to the guy in the red shirt but very little and definitely not the kind of reaction you would get from a kid missing someone for a month. To a child, a month is a very very long time. I think this was a complete stage, a typical CNN farce to satisfy the left and to try desperately to get people to vote for Democrats. It is both sad and disgusting that the left has so little soul as to use children the way they do. A very bad thing to see in this country that so many LEGAL immigrants work so hard to be a part of. Those that come here legally love this country so much! Why can’t the left do the same?
What is concerning is the forced hugging by the boy and girl. Seems very contrived. But those who don’t really look at the videos will buy into this hook, line, and sinker. Thanks for another eye-opener!
I have children of my own and I have raised or cared for countless foster children ..I also did daycare and know instinctively how children react to their mother returning after a period of separation ..To be honest I don’t think these children were raised by this woman…as a foster parent I have seen this before when I child meets it’s birth mother ..I think the boy met the woman claiming to be his mother but he is indifferent to her and I would even say he seems uncomfortable!The little girl did not seem to really know the boy at all definitely did not seem like her brother ..This is very fishy! I would also add that culturally Latin mothers are affectionate with their children …the boy seems very uncomfortable being touched and hugged he is not hugging back at all …he seems awkward !
They are clearly rehearsing, the alleged mum got even the mike on. Tv is fake, news are mostly fake, astroturfing is everywhere, gossip is staged, all is becoming a giant soap opera. Turn on, tune in, drop out!
Yeah. No eye contact. No impassioned reunion. No normal signs of mother / son relationship. Something’s not right. The narration and images don’t work. CNN continues to be a propaganda agent.
They should do a DNA Test !
I do not believe that woman is the boy’s mother. The whole situation is extremely fishy. I think it is more than CNN staging something for ratings. It looks more like these adults are child traffickers who were bringing these kids across the border, got caught, told the authorities that the children were theirs and kept up the charade until they all get deported and try the whole thing over again. Something is very, very wrong with this whole situation. The first time I watched this video on Facebook I got a sinking feeling in my stomach. These children are not safe with those adults.
I fear the same thing.
With all the trafficking, of this type, that ICE and Border Patrol have caught people doing, I’d like to think they did more to ensure the parentage than just asking questions.
She could, very well, just have been an estranged parent that only grabbed her kids to help her get into the US.
Did you notice the body language of the boy when he saw the little girl? He was like my boy when he was 6 when he realises there is was only a 2 yr old girl to play with at my friends house. It looked like oh not her again!

Ok being able to speak Spanish makes this even weirder. The first thing the boy says to the mom is “they gave me a remote control car” she then asks him “did you like school” or “how was school”. She worded it funny. When she’s hugging him she’s calling him “lindo” which translates to “pretty” or “sweet”. She asks him if he wants to see “Elija” he answers no then she forces him over to say hi. It is REALLY weird.

Wow, I’ve seen a ton of reunion of dogs and their owners and there has been a billion (with a B) times emotion than in here. If my dog was gone from me for a month, she’d be turning inside out and I’d be balling my eyes out.
Yep me to. Considering the Mum is wearing a wireless mic transmitter, I’m pretty sure this is all choreographed and presented to the public like this all happened organically without CNN helping to script the enactment..

I agree, looks staged to me as part of yet another attempt by the left to short circuit the reason of the public by attempting to manipulate the emotions and portray enforcement of laws as cruel and heartless. I have come to the conclusion that resistance to the concept of laws being enforced and moral authority recognized is at the root of all leftist thinking. The “crisis at the border” and “separating families” is the flavor of the month at the liberal ice cream parlor-go ahead- eat the ice cream and you will be unable to think rationally. Think about this for a minute. What would happen to a burglar who breaks into a house with their two toddlers in tow and is caught by the police? The burglar goes to jail and the children go into protective services. The burglar is charged with burglary and either child endangerment or neglect and possibly loses custody of the kids forever. Breaking into the US is exactly the same thing. The next argument of the left would then be: “They are fleeing from an unsafe country and just trying to find a better life for their family” Also bogus- there is a process for asylum. They are choosing to ignore the process and involving their innocent children in a criminal act of breaking into the country, and the press-leftists are using them in an insulting way by implying that they are either incapable of following laws or that enforcing the laws is cruel. When Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Kamala Harris open up their estates as Family Reunification Detention Centers, maybe I will listen to their BS for a few seconds-till then just more emotional manipulation as usual.

If you go on Twitter and look up @thomaswictor. He has done a transaction of the supposed mother and son conversation. But in my opinion I think is somebody he knows like a family friend or something not Mom and Dad.
