This is why I look forward to watching these so much. I would have dismissed the difference in hand gestures as arthritis. To my untrained eye, it looked like he was provided the question in advance and coached with the ready answer. Admittedly I have never watched this individual before and just assumed that since he was a politician – he was broken in some way (criminal, whack job, etc.). Thank you for this compelling analysis!
When he says “Judeo-Christian”, he is stating an absurdity. It seems like an innocent enough term, one that suggests unity. But here’s the issue: That unity isn’t real; polar opposites actually. Biblical Judaism is fulfilled in Christ and therefore is Christianity. Rabbinic and Talmudic Judaism, on the other hand, are religions of rejection. They reject Jesus as the Messiah, and in doing so, they reject the Father who sent Him. Rabbinic and Talmudic Judaism, which dominate Jewish thought today, are fundamentally at odds with Christianity. So Judeo-Christian is an absurdity.
“You would hope someone in government… would have…emotional maturity …” Did you listen to the words government, hope, maturity? Who still thinks like that?
