I wonder how many lawsuits will be filed. Unfortunately there are so many deranged individuals on the loose that law enforcement nationwide is going to have to rethink security measures for large crowds/high places. Unfortunately they are going to have to take the position that if it can happen, it will happen and start thinking like a demented homicidal individual.
