Thanks always enjoy the true crime critique. It’s fascinating to watch and listen to your assessmentReplyCancel

Thank you – This was good. I agree about the whole wedding ring thing being suspicious. Also for me was when he stammered, “I don’t know to… I don’t know what I should do right now.” It felt both awkwardly calm and contrived. Ironically, it was maybe one of the few truths he shared… On another note, quite the day today. I was so disappointed in Pence’s letter. Feels like a house of cards collapsing.

Cheers Mandy & Mr, Hogmanay! Hope you’re all well and rested.ReplyCancel

I love how the camera pans to a shot of Robert’s laxatives smileReplyCancel

They ended as they began: Zach-survivor, Tami-controlling person who expects other people to yield without establishing credibility, emotion driven when they don’t, Robert-full of [email protected]#$ literally and figuratively. When you get right down to it, about the same percentage of people who are capable of observing a situation and seeing it realistically, vs. imposing their own bs on it in some way. Pretty good series for body language. Thanks, Mandy.ReplyCancel

Robert, if he survives without getting shanked, will have to get pulled out of there. Though he clumsily occasionally tries to play his role, even that is based on his own assumptions of what inmates might think instead of reality. He communicates that he is not one of them with everything he does and says. Maybe they will try to insert him in another pod, but his reputation will quickly spread before he gets there. He strikes me as the type of guy who will go to social work school to help the inmates go straight and then gets taken hostage in a breakout attempt due to his lack of situational awareness.ReplyCancel

Ahh…memories. Good choice to do. Another good one was “Jail”. Used to use clips of the Correctional Officers at the Clark County Jail in Vegas in my crisis intervention trainings as examples of staff body language that either helped resolve the situation or made it worse by inciting someone. There was one officer that I nicknamed “The Rocket Launcher”, another that was really good at defusing people who were not only agitated, but high or drunk. Looking forward to more of these!ReplyCancel
