Thanks Mandy. And witness coaching is such an apt topic after just watching Dr Ford’s testimony and your observations. I kept asking myself how she could ever have got a job as a Professor and then found out that Christine Ford heads up the CIA undergrad internship program Stanford university. So witness coaching in her case was very effective – she is neither dumb nor naive.

Mandy, thank you for all the content on this website. It’s really amazing stuff! I watched this documentary some time ago but to watch it again with your commentary is fascinating to me. I would highly recommend a Netflix documentary called “Making a Murderer” for this crime series (I’m sure it’s already on your radar!). All the best – J

Wow, what an episode 2! This baby has it all: the murdering father turns out to be gay, insights into pre-trail coaching, and a defiant defendant who comes to grips that he’s really, really screwed. Part three should be a doozy … and thanks.

Thank you for making this particular video. I find it fascinating and funny….. because my father can sit on his recliner all day and watch these crime investigative tv shows. I’ve always had the question in my mind of how you could tell if someone’s really telling the truth or lying their a** off lol.

“Lets get back to the truth” and then the phony body language expert trying to massage and sing the stiffness out of him sums it all up. Thanks for doing this- can see why it is such a good teaching tool with all the close ups.
