Well you smashed that one out of the patk!
Loved it.

It makes me so angry when a young man says I’m basically on a suicide mission because I am hurt and broken and those around him put him on a pedestal instead of helping him.

new here ???????? love your site and slowly catching on..
..was not interested in anything he had to say.. looked away, and zoomed in only on your comments.. but when he said, “I listen to classical music,” I said out loud, “You do not!” and immediately you confirmed it… (never heard of him before; sad ending sad

That’s a good point why so many like certain music. What bothers me is those that will want to mimic him and think that being depressed is so cool.

He was high as a kite. Opiates I think, his pupils were fully dilated.
With all the sniffing his mom was doing, I think I know we’re his drug use started.

Mandy, you’re always pushing the envelope to help us understand. As I watched the beginning of the interview, the thought of “orangutan” came to me. This was the body language I saw. Then, as he continued with the language, he could very well be a poster boy for Big Pharma. He is singing music to their ears. Although I don’t agree with his viewpoints and activities, I understand this could be the result of his first five years of life experience. May this soul rest in peace, and at the very least, it is possible he came here to show us what not to do. That is the ultimate sacrifice of a soul, because that soul loved us that much. This is strictly my opinion. Thank you Mandy for pushing the envelope of our minds.

Unfortunately, increasingly our culture seems to celebrate deviance, glorify the use of destructive drugs that lead to death, and eulogize those who went down the path of self-destruction overlooking that fact. Can’t tell you how many kids I worked with made themselves sick or worse by guzzling down cough syrup out of the medicine cabinet once the rappers started glorifying using “lean”. Your comments on the so called “body art” are refreshing and crack me up. Here are two of the best I have seen, just for laughs: Forehead tattoo that says “Life is to short!” Yes, one o. and the other “I Worship Satin” across the chest. Asking myself why mom did not send the kid to therapy when he was showing so many signs of an impending train wreck. Maybe she did, but the guy was broadcasting being unstable and out of control.

It’s easy to judge someone based on appearance but if you listen to his music it’s actually pretty good and relatable not because the people who listen to it have the same mental illness as he does because he expresses pain and hurt and we all can relate to that. I agree with you that he was a train wreck and that his mom glorified it instead of getting him help because he was bringing in money. It’s sad really he had talent and no one should die so young. He should of been given help for his drug addiction and his mental health.

Rhys this is why you edit out everything i say….the part edit out refers to a world of ptsd people who relate to this music by the abuse of the system…

And then I asked myself why I care anything about this person. The answer was: I don’t.

Back when he was born dead rock stars made it to mid twenties. Before that it was the 27 club. Now it’s 21. Mum was probably jammin’ in the 90s and little Skippy was a product of that hedonism.
It’s pretty common for lots of people anymore.

Speaking of dead teen idols…
What do you think of Courtney Love in relation to Kurt Cobain and Kristen Pfaff’s deaths.
There is an interview with her in “Montage of Heck”. The movie “soaked in bleach” outlines the peculiarities of his death with Kristen Pfaff’s coming very quickly after. Just an idea.

You did. It also had the babysitter drug addict and the redneck hitman in it. It looked more like a trailer park soap than any life-styles of the rich and famous. Not that I’m dissin’ trailer parks. I’ve lived in my share. It’s how I know.

He grew up I think in Oceanside NY which is very near where I grew up and I can tell you first hand during the years of 2010-2105 I was on opiates and it seemed like every person in your social circle was doing some variation of opioids. This kid was doomed out the gate. When you start your experimenting years with hard opiates there is little to no chance you make it out unscathed. I actually started late with opiates around 31 and mental fortitude is more solid at my age versus 17-21, they just feel hopeless.

Minnie pearl reincarnated from the hood. Taught in school he is nothing more than mutated algae. Gender confused, feminized and demasculated. “MOMA” tattoo across his fingers. No mention of his Father. Momma even gave him the name “peep.” …and you ain’t hip-hop without “lil” is half your name.

Thanks for helping me to explain to myself exactly what I’m seeing here! Many of us see it but don’t know how exactly to put it into words. Thanks!
I’m sure you’ll be seeing lots of clues with Anthony Bourdain before he took his own life!
